Collegiate Markets
We bring decades of hospitality management experience to hotels in collegiate and university markets. From the optimization of campus calendar revenue sources to managing a range of targeted guest demographics (prospective students to older alumni), we have been a part of just about any scenario or challenge in this niche space. Each of our collegiate market hotels tell a distinct story, yet together, prove a critical point: the key to navigating these types of assets lies in forging crucial relationships with administration & faculty departments, alumni, students and the community as a whole.
Soft Brands + Brands
We always assess soft brands and branded concepts with an independent hotel mindset and develop unique plans that deliver the best service style and operational model while adhering to brand standards. Taking a thoughtful, highly individualized approach, we proactively operate as if the asset were independent, and then seamlessly adjust our strategies to leverage the brand’s distribution system, national sales, marketing, and loyalty programs. We have decades of experience managing dozens of soft and branded hotels, and have extensive knowledge working with all nationally recognized hotel brands.
Condo Hotels
Condo hotels are in a league of their own, but one we’ve grown up playing since the inception of our company. Regardless of service level or location, all condo hotels require a complex set of homeowner associations and owner relationships while also developing agreements to function properly and maximize profit for each entity. Condo hotel owners invest money, time and energy into their property. We hold our responsibility to maximize and safeguard their units and the homeowner’s association in the highest regard. We couple proven practices with customized efforts to drive revenue for each individual owner.
Adaptive Reuse
We bring vast experience in renovating and repositioning assets, including adaptive reuse projects. When planning a sizable renovation or asset revitalization, we collaborate to ensure the efforts result in a positive community impact and brand story, are financially sound, add value to the guest experience, improve profitability and maintain the working integrity of key building components for years to come.
